Harry D. Simmons
Harry D. Simmons received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana Tech University and his Juris Doctorate from LSU Law School. He has been involved in prosecuting more than 100 jury trials and is considered an elite litigator in North Louisiana. Attorney Simmons has had jury and bench trials in almost every district court in North Louisiana with verdicts totaling in the millions of dollars. He is involved in litigation involving insurance defense (including coverage issues), medical malpractice defense and personal injury cases for select individuals.

Cynthia L. Carroll received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law. She is also licensed in the State of Texas. Attorney Carroll has handled countless cases both contested and uncontested for clients with favorable results. She is an experienced trial attorney who is assertive and not easily intimidated. She practices in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, family law, adoptions and successions. Attorney Carroll is a legal defense plan attorney for the Fraternal Order of Police throughout Northwest Louisiana.
Erin Leigh Waddell Garrett
Erin Leigh Waddell Garrett received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana Tech University and her Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center, where she graduated in the top seven percent of her class. After graduation, she was employed by the Louisiana Supreme Court and worked closely with Chief Justice Pascal Calogero Jr. Attorney Garrett approaches each case with enthusiasm and vigor, and prides herself I being both ethical and aggressive.
