Harry D. Simmons

Harry D. Simmons received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana Tech University and his Juris Doctorate from LSU Law School. He has been involved in prosecuting more than 100 jury trials and is considered an elite litigator in North Louisiana. Attorney Simmons has had jury and bench trials in almost every district court in North Louisiana with verdicts totaling in the millions of dollars. He is involved in litigation involving insurance defense (including coverage issues), medical malpractice defense and personal injury cases for select individuals.

B. Trey Morris

B. Trey Morris received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University and his Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center. He has consistently filed more lawsuits than almost any attorney in North Louisiana over the last five years. Currently, he has over 4,000 open files of which the majority either are in active litigation or have been made successful through judgments. The majority of his practice has been dedicated to collection and personal injury law. Mr. Morris is a regular speaker at continuing legal education seminars in collection law.

Cynthia L. Carroll

Cynthia L. Carroll received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law. She is also licensed in the State of Texas. Attorney Carroll has handled countless cases both contested and uncontested for clients with favorable results. She is an experienced trial attorney who is assertive and not easily intimidated. She practices in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, family law, adoptions and successions. Attorney Carroll is a legal defense plan attorney for the Fraternal Order of Police throughout Northwest Louisiana.

Andrew C. Jacobs

Andrew C. Jacobs received a Bachelor of Arts degree and his Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University. He has handled numerous cases from trial to appeal in front of both judge and jury. His legal experience includes criminal defense and prosecution, family law, and personal injury- including automobile accidents, products liability and wrongful death. Currently he focuses his practice on helping those injured due to the negligence of others.

Justin C. Dewett

Justin C. Dewett received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. He excelled and received a Juris Doctorate from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University. While in law school, he served as the LSU Law Center’s Student Bar Association as Vice President. Dewett has continuously practiced with the firm since being admitted to the bar.  Through hard work  and persistence he has handled hundreds of cases to successful judgments. His primary areas of practice are collection law and personal injury.  He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Shreveport Bar Association, and the Louisiana Association for Justice.

G. Adam Savoie

G. Adam Savoie received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas, and Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University. In law school, he served as President of the Trial Advocacy Board and Treasurer of the Moot Court Board.  He was selected as the top speaker of the Tullis Moot Court competition and the Flory Trial competition.  He also represented LSU at several national and international advocacy competitions, winning championships in trial, arbitration, and tax law.  Mr. Savoie’s practice primarily includes civil litigation, specializing in personal injury, family law, and collections.  He has successfully litigated hundreds of cases to settlement or judgments.  He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Shreveport bar Association, and an associate in the Henry Politz Inn of Court.
